About me
I came to doula work through my background in public health. After years of seeing how the healthcare system can fail birthing people, I wanted to be part of the solution — right there in the room, advocating for my clients.
My approach is grounded in evidence. I stay current on the research so I can help you understand your options and make informed decisions. But I also know that birth isn't just a medical event — it's deeply personal, and I'm here to support the whole you.
I specialize in hospital births and love helping clients navigate the system while staying true to their birth preferences.
